We had only 5 days to take care of his affairs and to get his house ready to be sold. Unfortunately we were not able to complete everything in that time frame. Then you need someone able to easily roll with changes at the last minute because things change quickly (like the house we thought we might love has a cracked foundation and we need to look elsewhere, like NOW). Check! Above all, you need someone who will PLUG IN to what you need. We were shopping 3 hours away from where we lived.
