Meet The team:

I am a former teacher who has moved several times over the past years, realizing my previous experiences would benefit me in becoming a Real Estate Sales Professional.

Teaching provided me the skills to form relationships with people by listening to their needs and being able to provide the necessary information to form knowledgeable decisions.

Having moved many times over the years – including a move to Australia for a two-year teaching position, I understand the challenges and uncertainty involved in changing homes and location.

My move with my husband Doug to Naples Florida in 2002 from Virginia gave me the opportunity to acquire my Florida Real Estate License. I began in New Home Sales for a National Builder receiving awards for achievement in Sales and Customer Service. While in Naples I was recruited in 2005 by a New Home Builder to relocate to Central Florida and start a New Home Community adjacent to The Villages. I remained in that Sales position for 13 years earning the “Top Real Estate Sales Professional” award year after year.

At present I am a member of the Judy L Trout Realty Team. I enjoy the challenges of working with clients who are relocating to find their permanent full-time home or their 2nd home away from home. Being part of the team at Judy L Trout Realty gives me the opportunity to give my clients the full attention they deserve in finding a Home and making it a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
