Chuck Campbell is a trusted name in the local Florida real estate market. He has a formidable background in engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and many years of business experience as COO of a small Direct Mail company in the Chicago areas, which contribute to his success in residential real estate. He was born and raised in Chicago and married his high school sweet heart. He and his wife Evie have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

Since moving to Florida in 2002 with his wife, Chuck has dedicated the last 17 years to helping clients navigate the real estate market, specializing in senior communities like Spruce Creek and surrounding areas.

Chuck has a track record of some 500 homes sold and nearly $100 million in sales. He recently joined Judy L Trout Realty, along with his brother Tom Campbell. Chuck and Tom co-founded Team Campbell in 2007.  They work together, using their vast business and knowledge of the local market to help their clients make good real estate decisions, always focusing on customer satisfaction.
